Capital improvements

New owner Keystone Investors LLC, an affiliate of nationally recognized BPG Properties Ltd., is undertaking $10 million in capital improvements to:

• Refurbish lobbies, corridors and washrooms
• Brighten facades and add fresh landscaping
• Upgrade energy efficiency and enhance security
• Create a new health club and conference center

These improvements complement enhanced tenant services by new property manager Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, including an online maintenance program for greater convenience and efficiency.
